Mary Elizabeth Downey Gomez, born January 11, 1954, mother of Katherine Alicia Gomez, Alanna Marie Gomez and Jaime Arturo Gomez, died March 17, 1998. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Downey of Orlando, FL; and 11 brothers and sisters. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Saturday, March 21, 1998, 10:30 a.m., at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Father Paul Baca, Celebrant.
