Margaret A. Gurule, 67, beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, was called home to be with the Lord Saturday, October 3, 1998. She was born on June 10, 1931 in Corpus Christi, TX, daughter of Jose and Felipa Alvarado; she was a resident of Los Lunas and a parishioner of San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas. She is survived by her loving husband, Felix A. Gurule, Sr. of the family home; two sons, Felix A. Gurule, Jr. and his wife, Julie, Jose A. Gurule; three daughters, Adele Thompson and husband, Gene, Dolores M. Duran and husband, Ray, Sonja M. Griffin and husband, Richard; eight grandchildren, Jonelle Armijo and husband, Gerald, Edwin Thompson, Naithan Gurule, Jon Gurule, Kyle Gurule, Jose Navarette, Elisa Gurule and Maria Duran; one great-grandchild, Ashley Thompson Armijo. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Visitations will be held this evening, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at San Clement Catholic Church, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning, 9:00 a.m., also at the church.
