Hazel"Grandma" Millspaugh, 94, a resident of Albuquerque for 11 years, died Thursday, August 20, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Sybil A. Rose and husband, Bill of Albuquerque; daughter-in-law, Diane Parker of Albuquerque; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Private disposition has taken place.
