Elizabeth (Beth) Roberts, mother, wife and friend, a lifetime Albuquerque resident, passed away peacefully after living with cancer for five years, early Wednesday morning, August 26, 1998. Beth was born in Hot Springs, NM on May 9, 1943 and attended Harwood Girls School. Beth is survived by her husband of seven years, Albert Roberts, with whom she saw the world and loved with all her heart. She also was the loving mother of a daughter, Krista Page. Beth loved cooking and shopping, always looked forward to her bridge groups, and found great enjoyment in visiting and spending time with her extended circle of friends. A celebration of Beth's life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 1998 in the New Mexico South Room at the Albuquerque Hilton Hotel on the corner of University and Menaul. The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the All Faiths Receiving Home or People Living Through Cancer, both in Albuquerque.
