Marvin Goodfellow, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1976, died Sunday, August 23, 1998. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Regina Goodfellow of Albuquerque; sons, Gordon M. Goodfellow and wife, Arthene of Albuquerque and Allen B. Goodfellow of Caroga Lake, NY; daughter, Shirley A. Mott and husband, Arthur of Albuquerque; son, Cliff LeBlanc of Manzano Springs, NM; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Leon V. Goodfellow and wife, Jean of Voorheesville, NY; and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Josephine in 1975. Mr. Goodfellow was raised on his father's farm. He was an advanced class amateur radio operator (WA2FMD) who loved and enjoyed life. Mr. Goodfellow built an airplane and enjoyed woodworking. He retired from General Electric and after almost 30 years of working on elevators and cranes. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Pastor Russell Sorensen officiating.
