Mrs. Rose Garcia died on Friday at the age of 80. She was a member of the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband George Garcia, two sons, Desiderio"Sonny" and Albert Garcia and a great grandson Christopher Garcia. She is survived by three daughters, Patsy Baca and husband, Rosendo, Joyce Garcia and Tina Garcia; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Garcia will be held on Tuesday at the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Garcia, John Garcia, Augustine Garcia, Ross Baca, Simon Baca and William Wolf. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeared Brito, Desi Brito, Yvonne Chavez, Ruth Ann Baca, Anna Marie Olona and Victoria Garcia. Visitations will be held on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Salazar and Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. at the San Felipe Church.
