Alex Gonzales, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1908, died Saturday, September 5, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Pauline of the family home; daughter, Jeanne Breck and husband, Bert of Belen; granddaughter, Stephanie McCorkle and husband, Wayne of Colorado Springs, CO; grandson, Stewart Breck of Belen; brothers, Rudy Gonzales of Albuquerque, Henry Gonzales and wife, Anne of Redlands, CA; sisters, Ella Silva or Bernalillo, Esther Martinez of Albuquerque, and Cecilia Lloyd and husband, Richard of Reserve, NM; and many other nieces and nephews. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE, with Sophie Gurule, reciting. Mass will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming NE, Father Paul Baca, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Art Hurley, Jerald Wolf, Edwin Reyes, Donald T. Robertson, David N. Hernandez, and Daniel J. Hernandez. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
