Marcella Clara Ruhl, 88, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 41 years, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 1998. Marcella was born May 18, 1910, the daughter of Carl and Clara Knobs Klem in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a member of the P.S.T. Association, and had worked as a secretary for the Southern Union Gas Company, before it became PNM. Marcella is survived by her son, Charles Ruhl and wife, Marjorie of California; and one sister, Deloris Steinle of Florida. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 4, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd., at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. Officiating will be the Rev. Walter F.
