Thadeus"Ted" J. Nowicki Sr., 74, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, was called home to a better place on Wednesday, April 22, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Carmen of the family home; sons, Thadeus Nowicki Jr. of Albuquerque, and George Nowicki Sr. and wife, Michelle of Lancaster, CA; and three grandsons, George Jr., John, and Joseph. The loving memories he left us with will remain in our hearts forever. Ted was a caring, compassionate man who always thought of others before himself. He was a retired pharmacist from Walgreen's Pharmacy, and a past member of the New Mexico Pharmaceutical Association. He was a past member of both the Kappa Psi Fraternity and the BPOE #601. We are thankful that God blessed our lives with his presence and know that there will be a day when we will be together again. Services will be held Monday, 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Fr. Paul Johnson officiating. Interment will take place at 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be George Nowicki Jr., John Nowicki, Joseph Nowicki, Pal Janosco, Rudy Buckner Jr., and Richard Buckner. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
