Matthew Anthony Montoya was born on June 12, 1974. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex and Lela Santillanez and Juan and Vivianita Montoya. He is survived by his parents, Percy and Barbara Montoya; brothers, Michael Montoya and Paul Thurston and wife, Marilyn; sister, Michelle Montoya; son, Adrian E. Montoya, whom he truly loved; also aunts, uncles, cousins; and niece and nephew, Theresa and Korey Robles. Matthew never met a stranger, he was a friend to all. He was loved by whomever he met. He will be greatly missed. Pallbearers will be: Michael Montoya, Richard Montoya, Phil Pacheco, Joey Pacheco, Bruce Reid, and Rick Hults. Rosary to be recited at Holy Family Church at 4:00 p.m. on November 15th. Funeral Mass at Holy Family Church at 9:00 a.m. on November 16th. Burial arrangements are still pending.
