Violet (Vicki) Bertman, beloved mother and wife, passed away on November 3, 1998 after a short illness resulting from a brain hemorrhage. She is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd; her three children, Lee, Lynn and Michele; her six grandchildren, Danny, Adam, Michael, Jonathan, Nichole, and Tyler; and many special friends whose lives she touched with her beauty, vitality, generosity, and love. A private service was held for the immediate family on November 4th. Her family wishes to thank friends and relatives for the many cards, telephone calls, and words and prayers of support. In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 8200 Mountain Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or to the charity of choice.
