Obituary for Ware

Mr. Benjamin (Ben) R. Ware, 49, a resident of Los Lunas, NM passed away on December 18, 1998. Mr. Ware is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Kathy; two daughters, Shannon Thompson and husband, Brent and Bianca Ware and boyfriend, Adrian Ortiz; one son, Chris Ware and Peggy Pena; one granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth Pena; his mother, Emila Ware; three sisters, Anna Padilla and husband, Eugene, Pauline Vega and husband, George and Viola Ware-Mora and husband, Ernest; three brothers, Frank Ware Jr., Salomon Ware Sr. and wife, Sylvia and Bobby Ware and wife, Lorraine; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Mr. Ware was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Vietnam Era and a member of the D.A.V. Chapter 3. Visitation will be Tuesday morning from 10:30 until 11:00 in the Family Worship Center, 5200 Iliff Rd., NW with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00, Pastor Steve Ulibarri, Officiant. Committal service is scheduled for 1:30 in the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon. Pallbearers will be Frank Ware, Salomon Ware, Bobby Ware, Chris Ware, Floyd Romero and Brent Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Eugene Padilla, George Vega, Charles Meyer, Adrian Ortiz, Floyd Romero Jr., Robert Jaramillo, Larry Jaramillo, Johnny Vaughn, Steve Ware, Sidney Ware and Michael Jaramillo. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr., SW in charge of arrangements.
