Richard Allen Stripe, age 65, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Friday. He is survived by a brother, Robert James Stripe; two sisters, Betty Louise Stone and Eleanor Mae Johnston; and ten nieces and nephews. Mr. Stripe served in the Navy from 1952-1956. He was a member of Local 611. He loved to fish. Mr. Stripe will lie in state Tuesday, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., the family will be present for visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
