Obituary for Womack

Leldon T. (L. T.) Womack, 68, a resident of Litchfield Park, AZ, died Friday, September 18, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Womack of Litchfield, AZ; son, Tom Womack and wife, Betsy of Albuquerque, daughter, Carol Womack of Lincoln, NE; sister, Jenell Bills of Hubbard, TX; brothers, Emmett Womack of Redding, CA and Ralph E. Womack of Capital, NM; and grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie Butters of Albuquerque. Mr. Womack was born in Merkel, TX and was a graduate of the University of New Mexico. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lincoln, NE. He was also a member of the Lincoln Rotary Club #14 and Country Club of Lincoln. Mr. Womack retired after 31 years of service from the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. He was active in community and professional organizations and served in leadership roles in many of those organizations. Services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd Chapel, 1111 University Blvd, NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd, NE.
