Raymond Sais, 83, a lifelong New Mexico cattle rancher in Socorro County, passed away on March 29, 1998. Raymond was born in Albuquerque on October 20, 1914. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; sister, Cecelia Sais; and by sons, Victor and wife, Terrie, John and wife, Ramona; and daughters, Rose Fernandez and husband, Ron, Margaret Succi and husband, Ken, Mary Angeline Lucero; and ten grandchildren. Raymond graduated from St. Michael's in Santa Fe. Pallbearers are Ron Fernandez Jr., Tony Succi, Kevin Succi, Daniel Sais, Paul Lucero, Carl Lucero and Steve Lucero. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 1998 at Strong-Thorne Mortuary (1100 Coal Ave. SE). Funeral mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception on Thursday, April 2, 1998 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Association, 1330 San Pedro NE #205, Albuquerque, NM 87110, or charity of your choice. Strong-Thorne Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
