George Whitley Jackson, 81, died Thursday, June 11, 1998. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret. George is survived by his sons, Chris and wife, Jo of Dallas, TX, Phil and wife, Kathy of Albuquerque; daughters, Carola Harper and husband, Jack, of Dallas TX, Jayne Jackson and husband, Frank Tabor, of Albuquerque; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and boundless friends. His unwavering love and loyalty will be missed by many; his spirit never lost. George has donated his body to the UNM Medical School. A memorial service is pending.
