Obituary for Botto

Irwin J. Botto, 88, a resident of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on July 12, 1998 after a short illness. He lived most of his live in Hicksville, New York and along with his brother, Bob was the founders/owners of Botto Bros. Plumbing and Botto Bros. Hardware. Irwin was a Shriner, belonging to the Hicksville Masonic Temple. He retired and moved to Florida in 1978. Irwin is survived by his wife of ten years, Dorothy; his daughter, Aida Econopouly and husband, John of Rio Rancho, NM; six grandchildren, Glenn, Craig and Kris Econopouly of Rio Rancho, Roseanne Casella, Hunter and Roger Botto of Long Island, NY; and 14 great-grandchildren. He had a great zest for life, was a patient person and a beautiful human being. We shall all miss him, have a good journey Dad! A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, NM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Crippled Children's Transportation Fund, c/o Masonic Lodge #76, 1420 Barbara Loop Se, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, have been suggested.
