Mrs. Dolores C. Baca, 42, a resident of Springer and formally of Albuquerque, NM passed away on November 30, 1998. Mrs. Baca is the beloved wife of 25 years to Joe"Flavio" Baca. She is also survived by three sisters, Linda Villasenor and husband, Jesse, Felicia Valverde and James Martinez and Yvette Valverde; two brothers, Robert Valverde and wife, Susan and Rene Valverde and Laura Jurado; grandmother, Julia Medina; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, mother and father-in-law, Delfido and Geneive Baca; sister-in-law, Bernice Baca and brother-in-law, Rudy Baca. Mrs. Baca was a member of the Catholic church, and volunteered much of her time baking and cooking for the Knights of Columbus. She spent much of her time with her nieces and nephews and helped many other people in their time of need. Visitation will be held Thursday evening after 7:00 with a rosary to be recited at 8:00. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 9:00 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with visitation after 8:30. Father Jack, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW in charges of the arrangements.
