Memorial services for Louise C. Sikes will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 1998 at the Jefferson St. Church of Christ in Hobbs, NM. Virgil Webb officiating. She was born February 4, 1923 in Cement, Oklahoma. She died on November 24, 1998 at the Good Samaritan Village in Hobbs. She married Harry J. Sikes on June 23, 1942 in Long Beach, CA. They owned businesses in Carlsbad and Albuqueque. Mr. Sikes died May 26, 1970 in Albuquerque. Survivors include Gary, Barbara and Jennifer Sikes of Idalou, TX; Kent, Pat, Matt and Scott Sikes of Irving, TX; Clay, Terri, Emily and Brent Sikes of Hobbs; many nieces, nephews and friends. Her final resting place will be in Albuquerque.
