Obituary for Brady

John Joseph, born July 22, 1950 in Boston, MA, died November 19, 1998 in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Brady was a resident of Somerville, MA and attended the Somerville School system prior to his military service. He is survived by his sisters, Joanne Brennan and husband, Bill from Londonderry, NH, and Theresa Honeycheck and her husband, Thomas from Houston, TX; brother, Albert Brady and wife, Claire of Kingwood, TX; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Helen Brady. Mr. Brady served his country in the Vietnam War and in Korea for the U.S. Army and in the U.S. Navy. He was awarded medals of National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Campaign Ribbon; Vietnam Service Medal; Navy Expeditionary Medal and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. A graveside service will be held at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 1998 at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX with Rev. Terence Brinkman officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Disabled American Veterans, 807 Maine Ave. S.W., Washington, D.C., 20024.
