James H. Watson, 72, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away March 26, 1998. He was born March 1, 1926 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Walt G. and Pauline Watson. Mr. Watson and his brother Jack, owned a local cafe. He was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is survived by his children, Anna Kim Bloomer and husband, Donnie, Paula Jean Whittlesey, James W. Watson and wife, Leesa and Gerald B. Watson; grandchildren, Sonja Whittlesey, Taunee Watson, Chase Watson, Kaden Watson and Hannah Watson; and one brother, Jack B. Watson. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 1, 1998, 10:00 a.m., at Hillcrest Funeral Home, with Pastor Earl Patrick officiating. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
