| Edward C. Wygant, 84, passed away Monday, February 23, 1998. Mr. Wygant was born July 28, 1913 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Wygant is survived by his wife, Virginia of the home in Deming, NM; two adult sons, Arthur Wygant of Meadville, PA and William C. Wygant of Albuquerque.
