Mildred M. Green, (74), died Wednesday, December 15, 1999 in Albuquerque. She is survived by her daughter, Maricia Barber and husband, Bruce from Bowie, TX; son, Ted Green and wife, Natalie from Rio Rancho; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Other survivors include her brother, James Dryden from Alamogordo; her sisters, Barbara Young from Ruidoso, NM and Bernadine Stephens from Carlsbad, NM. Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Luther A. Green in 1998. Mrs. Green, a resident of Albuquerque for the past 16 years, was active with the Bear Canyon Senior Center, the New Mexico Women's Association, and a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Green was formerly from Carlsbad, where she was a member of the Elks Club. Friends may visit the family at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, on Friday, 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Graveside services will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with Mr. John Phillis officiating.
