Reginald Paul Higgin, Jr., 71, a resident of Albuquerque since 1965, died Saturday, December 25, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Rosarita Higgin of the family home; two sons, Randy P. Higgin and wife, Lynn of Los Lunas, NM and Reginald P. Higgin III and wife, Traca of Albuquerque; three daughters, Regina Valenzuela and husband, Manuel M., Roslyn Higgin, all of Albuquerque, and Robin A. Foley and husband, Michael Sean of Kailua, HI; six grandchildren, Lauren and Nicholas Higgin, Dominic and Christina Valenzuela, Rochella Higgin and Brue E. Foley; sister, Gloria Vitale of Poway, CA; and nieces and nephews, Chris, Pete, Cindy, and Doug. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, December 29, 1999, 9:00 a.m., at St. Bernadette Catholic church, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE, with Father Tom Zotter, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Donald Jaramillo, Dominic Valenzuela, Leo Brue, George Brue, Manuel Gonzales, and Michael Gonzales.
