The family of Joe F. Garcia sincerely thanks all of their relatives and friends who were present at the services and receptions for Joe during the week of December 20, 1999. Our appreciation for your kindness, compassion, and support cannot be expressed enough. Joe was a proud man and would have marveled at the love shown for him and his family during this very difficult time. Special thanks to Deacon Al McLane, Pastor Rick Donaho, French Mortuary, and everyone who shared kind words, for helping us to remember our loving husband, father, and grandfather in such a personal and caring way.
