BENJAMIN VALENCIA June 15, 1944 - November 6, 1999 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Benjamin Valencia, Beloved husband, father, and friend. Benjamin leaves behind his brothers, sisters, relatives and many friends who will remember the special way he brought love and laughter to those around him. Funeral Services will be held today, November 9, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church in San Ysidro, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Ed (Lalo) Valencia, Henry Acosta, David Urban, Lorenzo Acosta, Nick Solano, and Earl Romero. In Loving Memory I am the cowboy, who rides a heavenly range, Soft and gentle, like the first fallen snow. I am the sunshine on a cold winter day, With rainbows of colors and gentle winds that blow. I lived, I played, I laughed, and I loved, Remember me always, I was your special one. When the day is done and the sun has gone down, Remember me as the cowboy, who's hard work is done. I ask you not weep for me, But to remember this day. I've gone to live in heaven I am the cowboy who rode away.
