Barbara Teverbaugh, 75, resident of Rio Rancho for 17 years, passed away on November 5, 1999. Barbara was born October 10, 1924, the daughter of Maynard and Ivy Elliot in Cleveland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Teverbaugh. Barbara is survived by her sister, Beverly Cahill of Avon Lake, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 1999, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Parlor of Vista Verde Mortuary, Rio Rancho. Interment Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, OH.
