Wilfred E. Torres, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 1999. He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Lucille C. Montoya, Huberto J. Laribas, Telesfor Chavez, Aleen Fuentes, Carmen Elsbrock, Olivia Isselhard, Hugo Torres, Theresa Garcia, Arnoldo Torres, and Jake J. Chavez. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. A Funeral service will be held at Mount Calvary Chapel, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, Friday, October 22, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. with Father Frank Renfroe officiating. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, in charge of arrangements.
