Frances Sanders, 92, a resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and a former resident of Albuquerque, died October 17, 1999. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Mary Helen Dobbins; and grandson, John Stephen Dobbins, all of Pine Bluff, AR. Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her husband, C.C. Sanders; and only son, John E. Dobbins. She moved to Pine Bluff, AR to live with her daughter-in-law in 1997. Services will be held Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming NE, with Rev. Charles E. Price officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
