Carrie B. Conner, 86, of Gallup, NM, died October 10, 1999. Mrs. Conner was born November 5, 1912 in Crowder, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Conner; father, Theodore Nations; mother, Elizabeth Ewing; daughter, Helen Tolson; brother, Melvin Nations; sister, Thelma Scott; grandsons, Johnny Conner and Jack C. Tolson II. She is survived by her sons, James B. Conner of Los Lunas and Thomas Conner of Flagstaff, AZ; daughter, Hazel Hamilton of Gallup; sister, Helen Bertinetti of Gallup; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Rollie Mortuary on October 13, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Services will be at the First United Methodist Church on October 14, 1999 at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Jeff Symonda officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park in Gallup. Pallbearers will be Chad Bruce, David Byrd, Jimmy Conner, Michael Conner, Johnny Hamilton, Jackie Tolson III and Jimmy Tolson. Honorary pallbearers will be Luke Baretinicich, Clint Bruce, James Carter, Casey Conner, Mark Hamilton, Colt Roberts, Kyle Roberts and Will Scaggart.
