Obituary for Tapia

Mr. Adolph Tapia died Thursday in Albuquerque at the age of 74. Mr. Tapia was the owner of Adolph's Bakery which was located in The Southwest Valley for many years. He was also a veteran of World War II and was awarded the Victory Medal. Mr. Tapia is survived by his son, Lloyd J. Tapia and wife, Yvonne; daughters, Selinda Turner and husband, Timothy, Pearl Romo and Shirley Edwards; brothers, Julio Tapia and Manuel Tapia; sister, Lucy West; grandchildren, David and Kimberly Turner, Christopher and Brian Romo, Ashley Tapia, Sylvia Willey, and Jonathan and Brittany Edwards. A Rosary for Mr. Tapia will be recited on Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Committal Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
