Fred R. Heckman Jr., 62, a resident of Placitas, New Mexico, died Wednesday, February 17, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Anny Heckman of the family home; daughter, Lorie Willard and husband, Kenneth of Placitas, NM; granddaughters, Bleu Willard and Anny Eaby. Services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at God's House Church, 2335 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Bishop Michael Shelby officiating. Interment will take place at Blazer Cemetery in Mescalero, New Mexico. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
