Veronika M. Montoya, 76, a resident of Albuquerque for 48 years, died Monday, August 30, 1999. She is survived by her husband, Philip Montoya; son, Anthony Kump and wife, Udella, all of Albuquerque; sister, Nettie Hriber of Pennsylvania; brother, Tony Hriber; sister-in-law, Mary Metelko, all of Helper, UT; and grandson, Darrell Kump of Fennville, MI. Mrs. Montoya was a seamstress for most of her life, she owned her own beauty shop in the 1970s and worked at Oden Chevrolet in the 1950s and 1960s. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Memorial services will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
