Chad Arnold Banks, 46, passed away August 26, 1999. He was born in Plainview, Texas, grew up in Lubbock, Texas, graduated from Texas Tech University, and had resided in Albuquerque for the past 14 years. He is survived by wife, Joi Banks; brother, Keith Banks and Donna; sister, Sharon Feagin and husband, Joe; 15 nieces and nephews; other family and friends who will miss him. A Memorial service will be held at Sandia Nazarene Church, 2810 Louisiana NE, on Sunday, August 29, 1999, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Kevin Eldridge officiating.
