Adelina (Lena) O. Saiz, age 79, passed away August 22, 1999. She was preceded in death by her sister, Estefanita Muniz. She is survived by two sons, John O. Silva and Ray"Huskle" Chavez and wife, Roxanne; two daughters, Adela Santora and husband, Joe and Frances Trujillo and husband, Tony; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Ophilia Olguin. Adelina will be missed by her loving family. Visitations will be held today, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited this evening, 7:00 p.m., at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow morning, 10:00 a.m., also at the church, with interment to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Silva, Derek Chavez, Zachary Chavez, Lawrence Saunier, Henry Sanchez, Nestor"Toy" Muniz. Honorary pallbearers will be Juan Trujillo, Toby Telles, Norman Lucero, Lee Engel. Services entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, 9420 4th St. NW, Gary F. Santillanes C.F.S.P.
