Waldemar Julian Parks passed away Tuesday afternoon, August 17, 1999, in El Paso, Texas after a long battle with leukemia. He served our country in the Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his sons, Ralph A. Parks and Samuel A. Parks; and his daughters, Anita M. Ayers, Olivia S. Reitzell, and Mary A. Hise. He has a large extensive family with many grandchildren. We will miss our father and dear friend very much. A Memorial and Burial service will be held Monday, August 23, 1999 at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM at 10:30 a.m. All who knew him are welcome to attend.
