Edward (Lalo) Otero, born January 25, 1915, a resident of San Ysidro, California for 28 years passed away on November 26, 1999 from cancer. He is survived by his wife, Irma; sons, Edward Jr. and wife, Theresa, Joel Alberto and Joshua David; brother, Raymond Saavedra of Albuquerque and sisters, Reina Sanchez of Albuquerque and Charlotte Trujillo of Los Angeles, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucy Paiz de Saavedra and stepfather, Carlos B. Saavedra. Services will be held in San Ysidro, California.
