Kenneth G. Peterson died Thursday, November 25, 1999 at the age of 73. Mr. Peterson was Professor Emeritus in the Honors Department of the University of New Mexico. He was formerly president of and active in the local chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Willa Shell Peterson; his son and daughter-in-law, Bradley A. Peterson and Lori Taylor of Tucson, Arizona; and granddaughter Bond D. Peterson of Albuquerque. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Arrangements handled by Metropolitan Direct Burial and Cremation Center, Inc., Albuquerque, NM 256-9400.
