Mr. Gary Phillip Baca, 21, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on September 16, 1999. Gary Phillip is survived by his father, Raymond Baca Jr.; his mother, Brenda Lopez; his fiance, Erica Anaya; his sister, Jaclyn Baca; his brother, Paul Baca; his paternal grandmother, Corina Baca; his maternal grandparents, Tom and Adelina Lopez; one nephew, Isaac Baca; special aunts, Annette Archuleta and Lori Jackson; special great-aunt, Beatrice Tafoya; special uncle, Jerry Lopez; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Gary Phillip was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Baca Sr. He was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation will be Friday evening in the St. Anne Church, 1400 Arenal SW, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Saturday morning in the church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father John Shedlock. Interment will follow in the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ruben Martinez Sr., Randy Cordova Sr., Johnny Maez, Joshua Maez, Leroy Anaya and Steve Peters. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Delfrate, Jerry Lopez and Paul Baca. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, in charge of arrangements.
