Wallace R. Cleaveland, 80, a resident of Albuquerque since 1954, died Wednesday, September 8, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Alice Ann Cleaveland of Albuquerque; daughter, Kathryn M. Cleaveland-Tracy of Albuquerque; son, Wallace R. Cleaveland and wife, Pat of Santa Fe; and grandchildren, Stephanie Elsaesser of Phoenix, AZ, Stacey Cleaveland of Santa Fe and Allison Tracy of New Iberia, LA. Mr. Cleaveland was the band and orchestra director at Highland High School from 1954-1984. Cremation has taken place. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
