Obituary for Gutierrez

Frank L. Gutierrez, 86, beloved brother and uncle, was called home to be with the Lord, Sunday, October 3, 1999. Mr. Gutierrez was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque; a proud World War II veteran, who served in the United States Army; and was a parishioner of San Jose Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Candelaria Gutierrez; two sisters, Mary Candelaria, Tomasita Chavez; and one brother, Tony Gutierrez. He is survived by four brothers, Domingo Gutierrez and wife, Bobbie, Max Gutierrez and wife, Emma, Elisio Gutierrez and wife, Mary, and Vitor Gutierrez and wife, Lala; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be today, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary, on the corner of 8th and Iron, where a Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is pending and will be announced. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Funeral services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. SW, 243-5222.
