Joe Z. Pacheco, 77, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on September 1, 1999. Mr. Pacheco is survived by his wife of 53 years, Isabell Pacheco; sons, Edward Pacheco, Joseph Pacheco and Maurice Pacheco, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Lola Armijo, Cole Lauer of T or C, Annie Telles of Las Cruces, Ruth Oresco of Albuquerque, Ida Costello of San Angelo, TX; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Mr. Pacheco was a faithful member of Queen of Heaven Church. He retired in 1981 from the Army National Guard and he served in the US Army during WWII and the Korean War. Services are pending.
