Obituary for Vinzant

Linda Marie Vinzant, age 51, was born in Albuquerque on January 17, 1948. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, August 8, 1999 after her courageous battle with cancer. She gave the gift of grace and kindness to everyone near her during her life and illness. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Vinzant; and by her son, David Byroad. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, Forrest Glenn and Wanda Frazier; her sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Bob Vanderslice; her brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Ina Frazier; and sister, Deborah Frazier; also six nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Rae Boatman, who passed away October 24, 1993. Linda will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ, where she attended church at Rio Rancho Calvary Chapel, but we who know Christ sorrow not as those who have no hope. First Thessalonians 4:13 as we will all be reunited eternally. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 12, 10:00 a.m., at Rio Rancho Calvary Chapel, 138-A Frontage Rd., Rio Rancho, off of 5-28, two blocks south of Northern. Burial following memorial at Vista Verde Memorial, 4310 Sara Rd., in Rio Rancho.
