Dr. Jih-Ning Liou, 45, a resident of Albuquerque for 16 years, passed away Saturday, August 7, 1999. He is survived by his wife, I-Ming Chen; and sons, David Liou and Jason Liou, all of Albuquerque. Dr. Liou was a member and past president of the Albuquerque Chinese Chorus. He was also an active member of New Mexico Chinese School of Language and Arts. Dr. Liou received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from UNM and his Masters degree from Iowa State University. Services will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
