Obituary for Duran

Robert L. Duran, 45, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, August 6, 1999 in a local hospital. Robert was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He is survived by his parents, Louis and Natalie Duran; six brothers, Joe Duran and wife, Liz, Daniel Duran, Michael Duran, Manuel Duran, Henry Duran and Tony Duran and wife, Judy; four sisters, Elsie Muller and husband, Frankie, Diana Pacheco and husband, Arturo, Angela Duran and Loretta Garcia and husband, Gregario of Hernandez, N.M. Also surviving are his Godchildren, Louis Duran Jr., Inez Duran and Lorenzo Duran. Visitations will be held Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary, on the corner of 8th and Iron, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Robert's brothers, Joe, Daniel, Michael, Manuel, Henry and Tony Duran. Funeral Services are in the care and direction of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., S.W. 243-5222.
