Obituary for Pohl

Pantaleon T. Pohl, 67, a life-long resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 1999. Mr. Pohl was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Aurora Pohl. He is survived by three daughters, Genevieve Pohl, Anita Pohl Sarvino, and Sandra Lucero and husband, Alfredo; one son, Dickie Pohl; and two grandchildren. Also surviving are six brothers, Primitivo Pohl and wife, Alice of Carlsbad, NM, Mike Pohl and wife, Vivian, Joe Pohl, Charlie Pohl and wife, Frances, Lawrence Pohl and wife, Theresa, and Robert Pohl and wife, Carmen, all of Albuquerque; and two sisters, Gloria Sanchez and husband, Morrie, and Mary Griego and husband, Nino, also of Albuquerque. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be today from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary, on the corner of 8th and Stover. A Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial wil be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Mike Pohl, Joe Pohl, Charlie Pohl, Lawrence Pohl, Robert Pohl and Manuel Griego. Funeral services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. SW.
