Eric Steve Castillo, 18, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 4, 1999. Eric is the beloved son to Linda Castillo and husband, Lupe; one brother, Cory Marquez; one sister, Brandi Alire; his nana, Sharon Donahue; papa, Bill Donahue; grandpa, Rudy Fernandez and wife, Virgie; second mother and tio, Carla Martines and Albert; uncles, Guy and wife, Sheri and Steve Fernandez and friend, Flo; aunts, Debbie Fernandez, Anita Fernandez, Rachel Martines and Patricia Gonzales; cousins, Tino, Tony, Nick and Julian Martines, Tracy, Delilah, Kristy and Steve Fernandez. Eric is preceded in death by his big sister, Bella Maria Marquez. A rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW with visitation after 6:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, with visitation after 9:30 a.m. Deacon Harry Beare will recite the rosary and officiate the funeral service. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Guy Fernandez, Steve Fernandez, Tony Martines, Nick Martines, Albert Martines and Lupe Alire. Honorary will be, Cory Marquez, Juan Saiz, Ruben Torres and Gabriel Nunez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW in charge of the arrangements.
