Nicholas P. Schramm, 83, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1987, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 1999. Nick was born March 29, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Peter and Catherine Arendt Schramm. Nick had been a Sales Manager for an auto dealership for over 20 years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Therese Schramm in 1991. Nick is survived by his daughter, Gayle Lemler of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Shane, Cody and Brianna of Rio Rancho. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, July 6, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the service at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd., at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, with the Rev. Clarence Galli officiating. Entombment will follow in the Floral Garden Mausoleum in Vista Verde Memorial Park. Arrangements by Vista Verde Mortuary.
