Visitation for Christopher Jerome (Chris) Chavez, who died June 20, 1999, will be Sunday, July 4, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Monday, July 5, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Rosary will be recited Monday evening, 7:00 p.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, July 6, 9:00 a.m., at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Interment will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, in charge of arrangements.
