Obituary for Gonzales

Mrs. Ferminia"Minnie" Gonzales, 84, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on June 22, 1999. Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her daughter, Anita Glaser and husband, David; one son, Eugene Gonzales and wife, Christine; five grandchildren, Richard, Michelle, Kimberly, Geofrey, Amy and Jedediah; five great-grandchildren, Richard, Taylor, Nick, Anna Marie Crystal and Jacklyn; and many other extended family members. Mrs. Gonzales was a member of the Catholic Church and a cancer survivor. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Joe Quintana, reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 9:00 a.m., at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with final viewing at the church after 8:30 a.m. Father Shedlock, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:00 noon. Pallbearers will be Richard Cordova, Darrell Mishos, Emer Barela, Richard Gonzales, Max Gomez and John Perrine. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations and contributions be sent to the American Cancer Society in memory of Ferminia (Minnie) Gonzales.
